This service focuses on restoring and rebuilding battery packs used in industrial and commercial equipment.

We can diagnose, repair, and repack most lithium or NiMH battery assemblies — identifying and replacing defective cells, load testing the pack, and ensuring the Battery Management System (BMS) operates correctly.

In many cases, a failed BMS can lock out the pack entirely, rendering the equipment useless. Our team works to recover or replace the BMS, restoring communication and functionality wherever possible.

If repair isn’t viable, we can design and install a custom “bolt-on” replacement pack, engineered to integrate with your existing equipment and match its original performance specifications.
