How to Use Our Services
Using our services is simple and straightforward.
We understand that when equipment fails, you need clear answers and quick action — so we’ve made our process easy to follow.
1. Get in Touch
You can phone us (0800 000 400) directly to discuss the fault with one of our technicians, or email us at info@ier.co.nz.
Please include as much detail as possible — such as the equipment type, symptoms, model number, and any photos if available.
This helps us understand the issue and provide accurate advice before you send the unit in.
2. Review and Sign Our Terms of Trade
If you’re a first-time customer, we’ll send you our Terms of Trade. (See attached PDF here)
Please read through and sign these before we begin any repair or diagnostic work.
This ensures we’re both on the same page regarding assessment fees, turnaround times, and communication.
3. Send or Drop Off Your Equipment
Once we’ve confirmed the details, you can ship or deliver your equipment to our workshop.
Please include your contact information, fault description, and (if applicable) your purchase order or job reference number.
4. We Diagnose and Repair
Our team will assess your equipment, contact you with a quote if repairs are needed, and carry out the work once approved.
If the item is not repairable, we’ll let you know and discuss any available alternatives.
