Burned Connector for a Relay – No Parts Available? Make It Happen Now

Picture of what was the result of our repair

This repair demonstrates our commitment to practical, innovative solutions.
While waiting a few days for replacement parts is sometimes unavoidable, we understand that downtime costs money so if a customer needs a system running now, our technicians think outside the box to make it happen.
In this case, the technician used lug spade connectors to terminate the cables directly on the control board, then built a small barrier using Blu Tack as a mold to pour in epoxy, creating a custom connector on the spot.
A true example of hands-on innovation a fast, effective repair that kept the machine operational until replacement parts arrived. Of course, our parts department now keeps these connectors in stock for future jobs, but it’s a great demonstration of the ingenuity and problem-solving that defines what we do.
