Do you repair all brands?

Yes. The handpiece and main assembly design is consistent across brands — Candela, Lumenis, Cynosure, Syneron, Alma, Cutera and others. 

My machine shows a water flow error — is that a water leak?

Not always. A flow error can mean an actual leak, a failed pump, a blocked filter, or a faulty flow sensor. We diagnose the root cause before quoting for parts.

Can you replace just the handpiece if it has no output?

Sometimes. We test the handpiece independently first to confirm whether the fault is in the head itself or in the main unit. A full head replacement is only recommended when the internal components are non-repairable.

How do I send my machine in?

Contact us for a booking reference, then ship the machine (and handpiece) with adequate packaging. We recommend noting any error codes or symptoms on a form inside the box.
