membrane switch's are supper difficult to impossible to repair as a quick solution ! 

We have a Third party manufacture that can remake any overlay no matter the complexity, or size! 

however to keep the equipment moving for the short term we can workout how to install an auxiliary panel to keep the equipment working,  we Use X-Ray to follow the track work and splice into the electrical connections to make the panel operate 

Note this will not work if the buttons are on all the time!
